Challenge: Launch a premium EV brand in Europe with a seamless charging and energy solution that meets diverse customer needs across B2C and B2B markets.
Action: Designed commercial offerings for home and public charging, developed strategic partnerships with pan-European charging aggregators and home charging providers, and oversaw the launch of the Cadillac Europe Charging App. Created long-term product and service roadmaps aligned with global innovation strategies and regional market insights.

M&A Project
Daimler Truck North America – 2022
Challenge: Define the business case and technical roadmap for a large-scale public commercial charging network to serve heavy-duty fleets.
Action: Created technical requirements and CAPEX estimates for a proposed ~$650M network (now “Greenlane”), collaborating with financial analysts and technical teams to refine investment models. Guided site build-out strategy through data-driven insights, leading a team of data scientists.

Daimler Truck North America – 2021
Challenge: Expand the business beyond vehicle sales into a full electrification ecosystem.
Action: Led go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of charging hardware and software, developed fleet electrification programs for 20+ commercial vehicles, and tailored customer solutions to meet operational requirements.
Impact: Diversified revenue streams, accelerated fleet electrification adoption, and positioned the brand as a holistic solution provider.

Operations Management
Mercedes-Benz North America – 2019
Challenge: Ensure the seamless deployment of autonomous ride-hailing technology and connected vehicle services.
Action: Developed test cases and user stories for vehicle software and apps, conducted end-to-end testing, and drove continuous improvement processes. For the autonomous ride-hailing pilot (16+ vehicles), managed service design, user experience strategy, and operator training materials.
Impact: Delivered operational readiness and user experience frameworks for one of the industry’s early autonomous mobility pilots.
